Black polypropylene 80 oz family pack tray that can withstand temperatures of up to 230 degrees F under heat lamps, warming units, catering hot boxes, or microwaves. Half-pan size is excellent for use in steam tables* when used in hot water trays. Made with 40% less oil-based resin material while providing a structurally stronger container.
*not to be used in direct contact with sterno flames.
